Child Policy

1. Children aged 5 yrs and below are complementary.
2. Children aged above 5 yrs and below 12 yrs may either opt for extra mattress on chargeable basis or opt for CNB (Child No Bed). (350/- for CP & 700/- for MAP)
3. Children above 12 yrs are treated as adult and would be charged as per extra person.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
2. If the booking is cancelled within 2 – 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
3. If the booking is cancelled within 8 – 14 days prior to check-in, 25% of the total booking amount is charged.
4. No cancellation amount is charged if cancelled 15days prior to check-in.
5. Any bookings which are part cancelled, postponed or bookings date brought forward is subject to the cancellation policy for the previously made booking.
6. The full amount will be refunded in case of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, floods), state of war/ political disturbance. 

Refund Policy

If any bookings are cancelled, the refunds will be made within 7 - 15 days of the check-in date as per the cancellation policy.
